Our friends at KAPC, Korean American Pioneer Council, are hosting their annual picnic in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, June 3, 2017. The event is open to all and please see flyer below for all event details and location.

Here is what KAPC is about:
The Korean American Pioneer Council’s mission is to collect and preserve the history, heritage, legacy, and culture of First Wave of Korean Immigrants in the United States of America. The Pioneer Council maintains an up-to-date list of surviving Korean American Pioneers and their descendants on the mainland United States.

The Korean American Pioneer Council works directly with the Korean Heritage Library and Korean Studies Programs at the University of Southern California (USC) to preserve the history, legacy, and contributions of the Korean Pioneers of the First Wave of Korean Immigration.
